Background

Redmap is an Australian-founded FinTech SaaS company that automates documents and processes for more than 50,000 clients in aged care, retail, mining and manufacturing. After several years of steady growth, the leadership team set its sights on a new phase of scale. To prepare, the CEO wanted a clear view across the technology suite, a practical improvement program and continuity of technical leadership while recruiting a permanent CTO.

vCTO Leadership & Advisory

To support Ben and Redmap in wanting to get to their next evolution of technology, Emanda both facilitated a process for reviewing and hiring a CTO and building a bridge from current state through to the appointment. To do this, Emanda: 

  • Stepped in as interim CTO to maintain momentum and coach engineering leads.
  • Worked with the CEO to prioritise remediation work and reduce risk on near-term projects.
